Арка была построена 20–21 июня 1891 года в честь визита цесаревича Николая Александровича, будущего русского императора Николая II, в город Верхнеудинск (ныне Улан-Удэ).

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
