Ранее певец написал письмо патриарху Кириллу, в котором покаялся в содеянном и объяснил свои действия «некоторым помутнением». Всего против Шарлота заведены 3 дела: 2 по статье о реабилитации нацизма, 1 - об оскорблении чувств верующих.
