С 01.07.24 вместо услуги "СМС-банк" УБРиР предоставляет услугу "Оповещение по карте" с той же стоимостью 59-99₽/мес для дебетовых карт (Тариф) и 50-129₽/мес для кредитных (Тариф). Плата взимается за каждый подключенный номер телефона и каждую карту (включая допки).

У меня пуши были подключены - отключил. Для этого в меню каждой карты нажал на крестик напротив номера телефона и передвинул пуш-ползунок в положение "откл". Также информация по отключению есть на сайте банка. Upd. Пишут, что пуши в МП могут не отключиться - оказываются включенными при повторном входе в приложение, надо в ИБ (у меня отключились, в ИБ проверил - норм).
