Ранее стало известно, что ему вменили размещение в facebook фотографий со своим изображением с бело-красно-белым флагом и флагом Украины. Это послужило основанием для привлечения клирика по ч. 1 ст. 24.23 КоАП (нарушение установленного порядка проведения пикетирования).
Однако сегодня в Витебском областном суде рассматривается обжалование его арестов. И там помимо ст. 24.23 указана и ст. 19.11 КоАП (распространение экстремистских материалов).
Отец Анджей Юхневич — председатель координационной группы настоятелей и представителей монашеских общин Беларуси. Это костельный орган, который занимается сотрудничеством между монашескими орденами.
На данный момент неизвестно, был ли он освобожден, после того, как был задержан 8 мая и отбывал назначенные ему аресты более одного месяца.
