Транспортники в шоке. Все ждали, что на форуме будут объявлены условия участия городов в новых федеральных проектах по транспорту. Вместо этого получили набор весëлых картинок. Сильно поверхностный и неполный. Как-то так.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
