Выяснилось, что сахалинец заключил контракт с иностранной фирмой на поставку кеты, но на рыбу не было нужных документов. Тогда он оформил подложные свидетельства и нанес маркировку.
Первую часть товара в размере 20 тонн мужчина успел переместить через границу РФ. При перевозке второй партии весом 18 тонн его остановили сотрудники Уссурийской таможни.
Сахалинцу грозит уголовная ответственность по двум статьям: незаконный оборот немаркированной продукции и за контрабанду.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
