Речь идёт о сумме в 27721,75 евро или 1892181,31 рублей, вырученных от продажи билетов за концерт губернаторского симфонического оркестра в Вене. Визит иркутской делегации, в состав которой входили члены правительства, сам оркестр и губернатор Сергей Левченко, влетел региону в 10 млн. рублей и ещё одно уголовное дело, так или иначе связанное с главой региона.
