Сегодняшний день был моральный трудный. Когда мой ресурс ограничен или я чувствую себя плохо, всегда помогает медитация. Можно начать с такой коротенькой, но даже такая крошечка перезагружает мозг и дает новые силы ✨ а если совмещаю медитацию и рисование или раскраски, то утром совсем как новенькая! So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
