Я вспомнила разговор с психотерапевтом, где я сравнивала свою работоспособность с непредсказуемым краном, вода из которого может внезапно закончиться, и поэтому, когда я чувствую прилив сил, я открываю его на полную.
Справедливо тогда пришли к выводу, что воду нужно уметь копить, планировать её траты, инвестировать в будущее и так далее. А как велик соблазн пойти плескаться! 💦
Наверное так и выглядит взрослая жизнь – учиться кайфовать от того, что сидишь дома, пьешь кофе, немного работаешь, вечером гуляешь. Без великих подвигов и надрывов, в которых не чувствуешь ничего и только мчишься к результату.
