Как бы то ни было, но под нажимом прокурорских менты возбудили уголовное дело о мошенничестве в особо крупном размере за то, что ЯКЭ собирала деньги с населения за пропуск и очистку говна на КОСах, которые фактически не работали.
Очевидно, что перспектив у дела нет. Просто, видимо, забыли занести кому нужно. Дойдет до ББ, которые, поди и не знают об этом, но весьма щепетильно относятся к своему имиджу, и все решится. В смысле, КОСы, как не работали, так и не будут работать, но дела не будет. Интересно лишь то, заберет свое заявление Яптунай или нет. Лишь бы не завалили, инвесторы херовы.
