So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
