Чиновница откровенно издевается над жителями: "За беспечное отношение к бытовому газу собственника накажет закон... владельца жилья могут оштрафовать... Если, конечно, будет с кого спросить".
Впрочем, анти-клиентоцентричным подходом ничуть не удивлены - каковы начальники (Хромушин и Воробьев), таковы и подчиненные: нахамить, накричать на жителей, а на камеру всех обнять-поцеловать.
