Ситуация с лифтами остается сложной: в многоквартирных домах установлено около 570 тысяч лифтов, и, согласно данным Минстроя, в 2025 году к замене подлежат примерно 64 тысячи из них. Из-за нехватки средств процесс замены лифтов идет медленно, особенно в районах с ограниченным бюджетом, где нет возможности перераспределить средства на такие нужды.
Согласно новому регламенту, лифты, отслужившие четверть века, могут оставаться в эксплуатации ещё пять лет. До конца десятилетия число аварийных лифтов увеличится до 120 тысяч — их модернизация или замена потребует значительных финансовых вложений. Лифты, изношенные до предела, будут заменены в первую очередь. Оценка будет основана на результатах технического осмотра.
