Владимир Путин подписал Федеральный закон «О внесении изменений в статью 284 части второй Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации и статью 4 Федерального закона «О внесении изменений в часть вторую Налогового кодекса Российской Федерации».
Федеральным законом для российских организаций, включённых в реестр организаций, осуществляющих деятельность в сфере радиоэлектронной промышленности, начиная с налогового периода включения в указанный реестр в 2025–2027 годах налоговая ставка по налогу на прибыль организаций, подлежащему зачислению в федеральный бюджет, устанавливается в размере 8%.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
