В ДР Конго неизвестные совершили нападение на центральную тюрьму г. Бутембо в провинции Северное Киву. Нападение началось в два часа ночи, помимо тюрьмы целью боевиков стала мэрия города. При теракте погибли два охранника и был ликвидирован боевик группы Май-май. Часть заключенных вырвалась на свободу. После нападения граждане схватили троих предполагаемых террористов, убили их, а тела сожгли.

Примечательно, что теракт похож на нападения Исламского государства на тюрьмы.

В то же время Киншасу посетил глава Госдепа Энтони Блинкен и призвал власти ослабить давление общество, в т.ч. на боевиков, и провести в 2023 году свободные выборы. На эти нужды США готовы потратить несколько десятков миллионов долларов.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
