Случайно это не те подвалы, которые людям приготовили как укрытия при ЧС и угрозе ЧС? Хотя все подвалы выглядят примерно одинаково - непригодны для укрытия людей. Но это мало кого волнует, даже самих жителей, которым по идее там прятаться.
А ведь вся эта разруха и апатия народа к ней не просто так возникли. Есть четкие причины, заказчики и исполнители.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
