▫️Повышенная административная ответственность за продажу несовершеннолетним табачной и никотинсодержащей продукции, устройств для её потребления или сырья для производства.
▫️Увеличиваются штрафы за данное правонарушение: 📍 для физических лиц — до 300 тысяч рублей (сейчас — до 60 тысяч рублей); 📍 для должностных лиц — до 700 тысяч рублей (сейчас — до 300 тысяч рублей); 📍 для юридических лиц — до 2 миллионов рублей (сейчас — до 600 тысяч рублей).

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
