Перед началом своих каникул депутаты Госдумы приняли закон, давно желанный фондами капремонта. ⚒ Теперь регоператоры капремонта смогут самостоятельно закупать оборудование и материалы и выдавать их подрядным организациям.
В капитальном ремонте многоквартирных домов наступит время «давальческих» схем: подрядчики будут заниматься только монтажом, без закупок оборудования.
🌇Изначально такая схема планировалась для лифтов, но похоже только лифтами новая система не ограничится. Скорее речь пойдет о широком спектре – от радиаторов и труб до кровельных материалов и окон.
В случае плохого качества подрядчик займет позицию «это нам регоператор некачественное оборудование выдал», а регоператор будет стандартно упираться «это подрядчик некачественно оборудование смонтировал». 🤷♂️А проблемы будут у жителей дома. #капремонт

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
