Интересно, что ввод МКД снизился к ноябрю 2023 года на 19% (33,2 млн кв. м), а показатель ИЖС прибавил 16% (60,6 млн кв. м).
Как тут не вспомнить прошлогодние слова депутата Госдумы Николая Арефьева:
Никаких рекордов на самом деле не было, чуда не произошло. Решение правительства о газификации только зарегистрированного жилья дало толчок к тому, что строения, стоявшие незарегистрированными десятки лет, начали регистрировать.
Видимо, новогоднего чуда не случится и в этом году. Ждем данные за год.
