Ремонтировать здания, чья эпоха ушла, нет смысла. На месте бывшей высотки СЭВ будет новое. Приводить в порядок полуаварийные здания советского времени, которые не являются архитектурными памятниками и уже отслужили свое с точки зрения конструктивных элементов…
Вот такой "гигант" высотой 355 метров может появиться на месте здания СЭВ.

Проект, понятное дело, ещё 10 раз мутирует, но заход - сделать супердоминанту - очевиден.
Сейчас там планируется 220 тыс. кв. м жилья, 357 тыс. кв. м офисов и ТЦ на 103 тыс. кв. м.
Итого - 76 этажей - СПП в ГНС - 696 тыс. кв. м.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
