С июля на рынок вышло чуть больше 300 тыс. м2 жилой недвижимости. Это проекты "Пулково Lake" ("Группа ЛСР"), "Литера" (RBI), Monodom Art (Sun Development) и BASHNI Element на южном намыве Васильевского острова.
