По поручению Председателя Государственной Думы Вячеслава Володина 11 июля в 10.00 состоится внеочередное заседание Совета Государственной Думы.
Один из вопросов повестки Совета - проведение в соответствии со статьей 14 (часть Д) Регламента ГД внеочередного пленарного заседания Государственной Думы: будет рассмотрено предложение о проведении его 15 июля.
Необходимость внеочередного пленарного заседания связана с тем, что накопились вопросы, требующие неотложного решения. В том числе будут рассмотрены правительственные инициативы.

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
