Минпромторг Карелии обратился к предприятиям с просьбой предоставить информационные поводы и материалы демонстрирующие положительный образ мигрантов и их вклад в развитие российского общества.

Особенно трогательно выглядит ремарка «при их наличии». Значит, если таких поводов и информации про позитивное влияние мигрантов на карельское общество не найдётся, то их можно не фабриковать.

Или наоборот. Пространство для фантазии неограниченное. ТЗ там совершенно прекрасное. Ознакомьтесь.
