Как следует из соответствующего постановления кабмина, в целом оптовые тарифы на газ для всех потребителей в 2025 году планируется проиндексировать на 10,3%. При этом ФАС поручено «не позднее 12 декабря 2024 года установить и ввести в действие… с 1 июля 2025 года оптовые цены на природный газ, добываемый и реализуемый организациям, входящим в исключающую группу… в размере, увеличенном на 21,3 процента», говорится в постановлении. Как следует из документа, к «исключающей группе» относятся прежде всего компании, получающие основной доход в сфере электроэнергетики и ЖКХ.
