Оператор программы «Дом.РФ» распределяет их между банками исходя из их заявленного спроса. 👉В ведомстве также сообщили:
🟠уже с 15 декабря начнет действовать новый механизм с автоматической возможностью выдавать кредиты банками при наличии объема неиспользованных лимитов;
🟠размер лимита по Семейной ипотеке на 2025 год будет увеличен на 2,4 трлн рублей.
