Поэтому омоставляю рецепт здесь, что бы и самой не забыть⬇️
🍴🍴 ⏺️кефир - 200 мл ⏺️яйца - 1 шт ⏺️мука - 10 ст. л. (Тесто должно получиться как густая сметана) ⏺️сахар - 2 ст.л. (можно не добавлять, если не едите сахар) ⏺️фрукты - яблоко/груша с тертом виде ⏺️масло - 2 ст л (можно добавить сливочного ) ⏺️разрыхлитель - 5 гр ⏺️соль - по вкусу
Тесто замешать , дальше жарить в вафельнице минут 3-5 (если ее нет, можно на сковороде - тогда будут оладья 🥞).
