О случаях вызова на опросы из-за туристических виз информации нет. «Многие страны сейчас выдают визы россиянам только в качестве исключений — политикам, правозащитникам, преследуемым в России лицам», — уточнил адвокат. По его словам, в этом случае спецслужбы могут опрашивать тех, у кого нашли визу или вид на жительство при пересечении границы с Россией, или тех, кто посетил консульства других стран на территории России.
