Оказывается ещё в июне принадлежащая владельцам МИЦ фирма «Проект 5» стала победителем торгов по продаже ООО «АДЦ Коммунарка 53». Этой фирме принадлежат права на участок общей площадью 0,8 га, на котором можно построить МФК (офис или торговый центр) на 13 064 кв.м.
👆Напомню, что саму МИЦ покупает «Самолёт», поэтому развитием этого проекта будет заниматься уже этот девелопер. Впрочем, официально эта сделка пока не закрыта.
📌 Добавлю также, что участки в Коммунарке уже приобрели группа «Гранель» (0,35 га под офис на 26 000 кв.м) и «Крост» (возведут 194 000 кв.м коммерческой недвижимости).

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
