Одно из моих любимых занятий — изучать новые продукты на полках продуктовых магазинов. В рождественский сезон их появляется так много, что глаза разбегаются и остановить их практически невозможно. Что же оказывается в моей корзине в это время года?
🔘Много мучного: традиционные mince pies, немецкий stollen, итальянский panettone. Последние два настолько хороши, что я готова употреблять их утром, днем и вечером.
🔘Roast ham. Именно большой кусок запеченного мяса, а не тонко нарезанные ломтики свинины. Если не пробовали, то обязательно возьмите в следующий поход в магазин, ведь после Рождества снова придется довольствоваться нарезкой.
🔘Большие упаковки рыбы (как свежей, так и подкопченной). Здесь тоже главная причина — количество.
🔘Brandy cream 💃. Легальный способ нажраться с утра выпить кофе с прекрасными сливками. Местные же англичане рассказали, что этим молочным изделием они поливают свой Christmas Pudding.
