В связи с чем, мы как передовая блокчейн держава, должны перейти на резерв BTC раньше чем США. Для этого Канаше принял следующее решение:
Обеспечить ликвидность BulCoin криптовалютой BitCoin. В связи с этим, каждый месяц, 10% от пула ликвидности BulCoin в TON и USDT переводить на tgBTC - жетон сети TON, привязанный к BTC по курсу 1:1
Таким образом следует обеспечить BulCoin ликвидностью BTC, не менее чем на 50%. Поручить к выполнению команде BulCoin
