Центральный районный суд Новосибирска изменил меру пресечения министру ЖКХ и энергетики региона Денису Архипову с СИЗО на домашний арест.
В суд были переданы обращения от представителей правительства НСО, включая вице-губернатора Олега Клемешова и и. о. министра ЖКХ Евгения Назарова, которые ходатайствовали о смягчении меры пресечения.
Архипов находился в СИЗО с марта 2024 года. Его обвиняют в превышении и злоупотреблении полномочиями (ст. 285 и 286 УК РФ). Судебный процесс стартовал в сентябре, однако сам министр вины не признает.

Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
