Так, в связи с отказом молдавской стороны урегулировать задолженность за поставки газа, Газпром 28 декабря направил в Молдовагаз уведомление о том, что молдавская сторона регулярно не исполняет свои платежные обязательства по действующему контракту, что является существенным нарушением его условий.
Газпром оставляет за собой все свои права, включая право на одностороннее расторжение контракта и право требовать с Молдовагаза возмещения всех убытков и уплаты штрафов за неисполнение и/или ненадлежащее исполнение молдавской компанией своих обязательств по контракту, сказано в сообщении

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
