1. Как же хрупки все эти 95% режимы. Вывод из этого следует не самый хороший - в Иране пока есть относительно конкурентная политика, значит он не так хрупок.
2. Хотелось бы посмотреть как российская военщина улепетывает со своих баз ебучих в Сирии оставляя технику и роняя кал. (Но не факт, могут договориться о выводе спокойном, а то и останутся вообще). Но хотелось бы!

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
