Друзья, коротко расскажем вам, что происходит в деле Яниса Тиммы.

На данный момент есть отказ от возбуждения уголовного дела, при этом пока нет результатов экспертизы, правоохранительные органы еще не опросили родственников и не проведена техническая экспертиза личного телефона.

Мы добились назначения технической экспертизы телефона.

По нашему мнению, отказ формальный, он связан со сроками, и мы обжалуем его. Мы считаем, что семья Яниса Тиммы имеет право, как минимум, знать, что происходило с их сыном в последние часы жизни, и как богатый успешный парень оказался «на дне» без имущества и веры в жизнь.
