Между тем всего двух часах лёта от Петербурга, в Ельцин Центре, гендерно-нейтральные туалеты не только присутствуют, но и являются предметом гордости (скриншот с сайта Ельцин Центра).

Может быть, в таком случае, СВО следует провести не только на Украине, но и по адресу ул. Б. Ельцина, 3?
