Я вырос в Красноярске, где с 1980-х в центре города стоял заброшенным КАТЭК НИИ Уголь. По замыслу местных архитекторов, небоскрёб в стиле брутализм должен был начинать центр города и быть главной доминантой. Но запустить здание не успели. Ещё школьниками…

Не буду повторять написанное, что мы все можем горько пожалеть об этом лет через 10-20. Тут ещё интересно, что конкурс на участок всё ещё не закончен, то есть сносят авансом.

Мягко говоря, ситуация очень странная: старое сносим, а ради чего — непонятно. Хотя не исключено, что планы есть, просто они такие, что лучше заранее избавиться от Дома советов, чтобы потом люди не вышли на его защиту, увидев рендеры нового.
