По сравнению с аналогичной рабочей группой, которую создавали месяц назад, к председателю Виталию Савельеву (вице-премьер) добавился ещё один заместитель, причём первый — Александр Куренков (глава МЧС), а прежние два заместителя — Александр Козлов (глава Минприроды) и Роман Старовойт (глава Минтранса) сохранили свой ответственный статус.
