Он сказал, что статусом «иноагента» сейчас «награждают» не тех, кто работает на иностранное государство, а тех, кто публично высказывает несогласие с политикой действующей власти. «Закон считаю дискриминационным, голосовать за него нельзя», — подчеркнул Гайдук.
В итоге за законопроект проголосовали 19 депутатов, против — один
