Решение считать женщину человеком было принято после голосования большинством всего в один голос. А РПЦ признала существование души у женщины лишь после особого постановления Соборного Уложения в 1626 г.
И до сих пор это, в общем-то вопрос спорный и требующий серьезного анализа в размышлениях.
