Одна из причин запрета цветных авторучек в ИУ - способность и талант некоторых осужденных нарисовать что-нибудь незаконное. В музее Владимирского централа выставлены советские рубли, нарисованные цветными стержнями феноменально точно. Фотографий у меня нет - музей сейчас на режимной территории, и на входе смартфон сдается. Сегодня мне подарили нарды, изготовленные в Краснотурьинской ИК-3. Ручная работа, но как точно изображены советские рубли. Почему советские? Ностальгия? Нет, просто современные деньги иметь нельзя даже для образца, а вот вышедшие из обращения в списке запретов не числятся.
