Единый стандарт предложила утвердить рабочая парламентская группа по вопросам СВО, которую возглавляет Первый зампредседателя Совфеда Андрей Турчак. Стандарт включает20 видов помощи, и сегодня в 63 субъектах РФ работают от 50% до 100% из них.
Отметим, на Северном Кавказе данный стандарт не просто работает, но и существенно расширен инициативами глав и парламентов регионов. Одна из последних инициатив — Ставропольский край.
Вчера Андрей Турчак доложил Владимиру Путину о новых предложениях, которые касаются лечения, выплат, перевозки и страхования участников СВО.
Особое внимание глава рабочей группы уделил вопросам, связанным с бесплатной психологической помощью комбатантам и поддержкой их семей, льготном питании для детей участников СВО в школах и детских садах.

Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
