به رغم تاکید و هشدارهای فراوان کارشناسان و کنشگران محیط زیست مبنی بر عدم غذارسانی به حیوانات ولگرد (بدون صاحب) در شهرها، روستاها و در طبیعت، که موجب افزایش تولید مثل و ازدیاد جمعیت آن ها می‌شود و بهداشت و سلامت جامعه و نیز حیات وحش و تنوع زیستی کشور را تهدید می‌کند، افرادی مانند ایشان با لجبازی و اصرار بر ادامه‌ی کار نادرست خود بر این مسئله که اکنون به یکی از بحران‌های محیط زیستی بدل شده است دامن می‌زنند.

امید است مسئولین محترم ادارات حفاظت محیط زیست، همچنین شهرداری‌ها و دهیاری‌ها با اینگونه افراد که بطور گسترده (و اغلب به قصد خودنمایی) به حیوانات ولگرد غذارسانی می‌کنند برخورد قانونی داشته باشند.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers.
