Участник войны с Украиной стал первым заммэра Ставрополя
На пост первого заместителя главы администрации Ставрополя назначен участник войны с Украиной, 34-летний майор Заур Гурциев, прошедший обучение по путинской программе «Время героев».
До этого назначения у Гурциева не было опыта работы на госслужбе, он строил карьеру военного. С 2019 года возглавлял центр боевого управления военно-воздушных сил, после начала вторжения в Украину руководил воздушной частью боев за Мариуполь.
Создать программу «Время героев» Владимир Путин предложил во время послания Федеральному собранию 29 февраля. Ее участники, вернувшись с фронта, смогут переучиться на госдолжности и управлять регионами. Путин назвал их «новой элитой».
