Глядя на пожары, разбитые витрины, вывороченные скамейки, я не могу поверить, что тбилисцы могут позволить сотворить со своим городом то, что уже проходили в начале 90-х. Десятилетия красавец проспект Руставели зиял сгоревшими, полуразрушенными зданиями, напоминая о вооруженных столкновениях в центре города. И вот все опять повторяется. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
