В данных за 5 ноября имеется усиление межпланетных мерцаний в ночное и утреннее время на гелиоцентрических расстояниях от 0,8 астрономических единиц. Это может быть связано с приходом коронального выброса массы после одной из множества солнечных вспышек, происходящих в последнее время. 5 ноября также произошли несколько вспышек довольно близко к линии «Солнце-Земля». 6 ноября возможен приход новых корональных выбросов массы, что может привести к магнитной буре.
