А 24 марта в Тверской районный суд поступило второе дело на ООО «Кайф». Обвинение уже серьёзнее – часть 2 статьи 6.3 КоАП («Нарушение законодательства в области обеспечения санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия населения»). По ней юрлицу грозит штраф в размере от 200 тыс. до 500 тыс. рублей или административное приостановление деятельности на срок до 90 суток. @infernal_money
