Напомним, с 28 января, в связи с ухудшением погодных условий и ограниченной видимостью, а также в целях недопущения чрезвычайных ситуаций, прекращено движение автотранспорта, на автодороге «Северо-Западный объезд города Южно-Сахалинск».
