Следственными органами ГСУ СК России по г. Санкт-Петербургу возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
По данным следствия, в Санкт-Петербурге в подъезде дома мужчина напал и избил двух фельдшеров скорой помощи, приехавших на вызов.
Председатель СК России Бастрыкин А.И. поручил и.о. руководителя Главного следственного управления СК России по г. Санкт-Петербургу Бобкову О.В. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
