Инженерное сооружение находится на перегоне Талума – Дюгабуль в Амурской области.
Конструкция длиной 392 м состоит из пяти пролётов, самый протяжённый – 110 м.
Для беспрепятственного пропуска ледохода и паводковых вод построены опоры высотой до 15 м.
Мост построили с учётом сейсмичности местности и с расчётом на пропуск тяжеловесных поездов. После открытия по нему смогут ходить составы весом до 7100 тонн.
Срок эксплуатации нового сооружения рассчитан на 100 лет.
