В трех чтениях депутаты проголосовали за то, чтобы генпланы городов утверждали чиновники регионального правительства, сообщили It's My City в пресс-службе Заксобрания. Это касается Сысертского, Арамильского, Полевского и Белоярского городских округов, а также Дегтярска, Первоуральска, Ревды, Среднеуральска и Верхнего Дуброво.
Закон вступит в силу уже с 1 января. Он напрямую влияет на строительство мусорного кластера под Сысертью, против которого протестуют местные жители. Чтобы построить его, нужно внести изменения в генплан.
Против этих изменений на публичных слушаниях в конце ноября проголосовало большинство жителей Сысертского городского округа, однако слушания носят рекомендательный характер и окончательное решение должны были принять власти Сысерти.
На прямой линии в начале декабря Евгений Куйвашев заявлял, что участок под Сысертью — это лишь предполагаемое место для строительства, а окончательное решение, где будут строить полигон, примут к маю 2024 года.
